GDD Tracker — Gurana Digital Dynamo
Last updated: 15 September 2026

GDD Tracker is a business management app for a digital marketing agency and its clients. It is used by the agency owner to track clients, deliverables, payments and campaigns, and by that agency's clients to see their own progress and raise requests.

This policy explains exactly what the app collects, where it goes, and who can see it. It is written to be checked against the app's behaviour rather than to sound reassuring.

The short version. Everything you enter stays in your own private database document, readable only by your signed-in account. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising, and there is no analytics or tracking SDK of any kind in this app. The one place data leaves our systems is the voice assistant, which is explained in full below.

1. Who we are

Gurana Digital Dynamo, Andhra Pradesh, India. For anything in this policy, or to request deletion of your data, write to gurananagateja68@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours.

2. What the app collects

WhatWhyWhere it is stored
Your name, email address, occupation and agency name. A mobile number only if you choose to give one — it is optional, and the app works fully without it To create your account and show who you are in the app Firebase Authentication and your profile document
Client and staff records you enter — names, phone numbers, email addresses, notes, deliverables, campaign details, budgets, payments, invoices and salaries This is the content of the app; it is the work you are tracking Your own private document in Firebase Firestore
Photos you attach to a client To show a picture against that client Firebase Firestore, one document per photo, under your account
A contact you pick from your phone — name and phone number only To fill in a call reminder without typing the number Only if you save the reminder; then in your own private document
Voice recordings, when you speak to the assistant To transcribe what you said and act on it Not stored. Sent for processing and discarded — see section 4
A notification token for your device So the app can alert you when a client sends a request Firebase Firestore, against your account only

Your address book

The app never reads, lists or uploads your contacts. When you tap to pick a contact, your phone's own contact picker opens and hands the app only the one contact you choose, and only its name and phone number. The app cannot see any other contact, and does not look at your address book at any other time.

Your camera and photo library

Used only when you choose to attach a photo to a client. The app has no background access to your camera or library.

Your calendar

Only when you ask the assistant to put something in your calendar. The app writes that one event and nothing else: it does not read your existing events, and no calendar information is sent anywhere or stored by us. If you decline the permission, everything else works unchanged and a reminder is set instead.

What the app does not collect

None of the data collected by this app is used to track you across other apps or websites.

3. Who can see your data

Your business data lives in a document that only your signed-in account can read or write. This is enforced by database security rules on the server, not merely hidden in the app:

If you are an agency using this app

The client and staff records you enter are your data and your responsibility. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold them and for telling those people how you use their information. We act as your processor for that content and do not use it for any purpose of our own.

4. The voice assistant (Jarvis)

This is the one place information leaves our own systems, so it is set out in full.

When you speak to the assistant while online, the app sends the audio recording of what you said to our own server function, which passes it to Google's Gemini API to transcribe it and work out what you meant. This is what allows it to understand English, Telugu, Hindi and mixtures of them without you choosing a language first.

Along with the recording, the app sends a small amount of context so the reply makes sense:

Rupee amounts are deliberately never sent. No budget, balance, payment, salary or invoice figure is included. Neither are phone numbers, email addresses, notes or task descriptions. The assistant is told who owes you, never how much — the amount is filled in on your phone, after the reply comes back.

We do not store the recordings, and we do not use anything you say to train any model. Google processes the request under its API terms and returns a result. If you would rather nothing left the device, the assistant also works offline using your phone's own on-device speech recognition, where every local command still works.

5. Photos you ask the assistant to look at

If you point the camera at something and ask the assistant what it is, that single image is sent to the same service to be described, and is not stored. The app will not carry out an instruction that it read inside a photograph.

6. Services we rely on

ServiceWhat it does for us
Google Firebase — Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Functions, Hosting Signs you in, stores your data, runs our server code
Google Gemini API Transcribes and understands what you say to the assistant
Apple Push Notification service / Firebase Cloud Messaging Delivers notifications to your device
Sign in with Apple, Sign in with Google Optional ways to sign in

Data is stored on Google Cloud infrastructure. Our server functions run in the asia-south1 (Mumbai) region.

7. Sign in with Apple

If you sign in with Apple, Apple gives the app your name and email address on the first authorization only. The app uses what Apple provides and never asks you to type it again. If you choose Apple's "Hide My Email", we only ever see the relay address.

8. Keeping and deleting your data

Your data is kept for as long as your account exists.

You can delete your account and everything in it from inside the app: More → Delete My Account. This removes your profile and your business data. You can also write to gurananagateja68@gmail.com and we will do it for you.

Voice recordings and images sent to the assistant are not retained by us at all.

9. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in Google Firestore under server-enforced security rules. The key used for the assistant is held as a server-side secret and is never included in the app. Access to your data is decided on the server by your signed-in identity, not by the app's own code, so it cannot be bypassed by altering the app.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If we ever become aware of a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.

10. Children

GDD Tracker is a business tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

11. Your rights

You may ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to gurananagateja68@gmail.com. We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for advertising.

12. Changes to this policy

If what the app collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated. Material changes will be announced in the app.
